ABOUT US
Reach Out, Care, Know (ROCK) at Gunn High School in Palo Alto, California is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health through education, outreach, and events to remind our peers the importance of valuing one's wellness. Additionally, students participate in trainings, so they know how to be a "ROCK" -- someone who is able to approach a friend who may be battling a mental health issue, provide support, and connect them to the help they need and deserve.
